Representative Rokeberg brought up reconsideration of the vote on

The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5                                                                   
     Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of                                     
     Alaska relating to initiative and referendum petitions.                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House.                                                 
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated the call was satisfied.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HJR 5 pass the House?"  The
